WHIMZEE THE MANATEE
We lovingly created Whimzee for the City of Safety Harbor, FL, our home town, for the Manatee Menagerie, promoted by The Outdoor Arts Foundation.
She was seen first at the Westfield Mall Countryside from April 27th until July 20th, 2005. Then she moved to Ruth Eckerd Hall and then to Tampa International Airport. Whimzee finally returned to Safety Harbor and is permanently displayed for all to see and enjoy in city hall.
